The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for interventions within home care and rehabilitation. These interventions are carried out by registered nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate tasks to care staff in other operational areas based on their professional roles.

A varied and stimulating job as a nursing responsible nurse, where you work in a team with the patient and other professions. You will also perform point interventions and acute assessments. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a working time of 38.25 hours/week and daytime shifts every 5th weekend. You will receive support from an experienced team and have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills (we document in Procapita)
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles

Meritorious qualifications:

Specialist education in elderly care or as a district nurse.
