We at Nära Vård are currently looking for a licensed nurse for a staffing assignment at an SÄBO facility in Malmö.

About the role
As a nurse with us at our SÄBO facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one making assessments and decisions on actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. You have a supervisory role.

The work is independent, while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management
• Working in national quality registers
• Mentoring and supervising care staff
• Care responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are flexible, responsible, independent, and humble, with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks, and are motivated by creating high-quality care for our residents together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in private care services
• Experience in mentoring/supervision
• Education in geriatrics or district nursing
• Availability for future assignments
