Our Rehabilitation Unit:

At our rehabilitation unit within the Social Services Administration in Hässleholm Municipality, you will not only find meaningful work, but you will also become part of a competent, helpful, and creative team with a big heart. We consist of 30 occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and 8 rehabilitation assistants who work together across professional boundaries to provide our patients with the best possible support.

The Rehabilitation Unit is led by two present and supportive unit managers. We have five workplaces, four in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe. The assignments are divided between ordinary housing, special housing, and FSS (Disability, Support, and Services). In this assignment, we are looking for an occupational therapist for the FSS department.

Your Role Here:

As an occupational therapist here, you work with assessing activity capacity, training, and treatment, as well as prescribing assistive devices. You will have an independent and varied job, while collaborating closely with your team and other professions within social services.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are:

A licensed occupational therapist who is positive and solution-focused, with a strong desire to help others. You are a team player who simultaneously takes responsibility for your own work and development. You are comfortable with documentation and have good computer skills. Fluent in Swedish, reading, speaking, and writing. Holder of a B-driver's license.

Meritorious:

Previous experience in the profession.

About Us

Within the Social Services Administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or need home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting measures and support to people who care for and support a relative. Our goal is that those who need care and assistance in their daily lives should be able to live an independent life as far as possible.

The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for interventions within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The interventions are carried out by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care personnel in other areas of operation based on profession.
