Are you a specialist in environmental management and sustainability work with experience of ISO standards and the property industry? We are now looking for an experienced Environmental Coordinator/Environmental Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with an established player in urban and property development.

This is an assignment for you who want to combine strategic sustainability work with practical implementation in an organization with high ambitions in environmental and energy efficiency.

In the role, you will be responsible for carrying out a comprehensive environmental audit according to ISO 14001:2015 and the upcoming ISO 14001:2026. The assignment involves identifying areas for improvement and future adaptation needs within the organization's environmental management system, with a particular focus on energy aspects, the EED directive, CSRD, and the EU Taxonomy.

You will work closely with the business through interviews, workshops, and analysis work, and contribute with recommendations that will serve as an important basis for future sustainability work and reporting.

• Conduct environmental audit according to ISO 14001:2015/2026

• Identify significant environmental aspects and areas for improvement

• Collect and analyze data related to environmental and energy work

• Conduct workshops and interviews with key personnel

• Prepare final report with analysis, recommendations, and action proposals

• Contribute to the organization's work within sustainability reporting and energy efficiency

• Present results and conclusions to the organization

• Academic education in energy, environment, or a corresponding field

• Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001

• Experience with environmental and energy management systems

• Experience with environmental audits in property management or construction projects

• Good understanding of EED, CSRD, and the EU Taxonomy

• Experience with workshops, analysis work, and report preparation

• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have previously worked with housing companies or public operations.
