At our rehabilitation unit within the Care Administration in Hässleholm Municipality, you will not only find meaningful work but also become part of a competent, helpful, and creative team with a big heart. We consist of a total of 30 occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and 8 rehabilitation assistants who work together across professional boundaries to provide our patients with the best possible support.

The rehabilitation unit is led by two present and supportive unit managers, and we have five work locations: four in central Hässleholm and one in Tyringe. The assignments are divided between ordinary housing, special housing, and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). For this role, we are looking for an occupational therapist for ordinary and special housing, with an initial temporary placement in special housing.

Your role with us:

As an occupational therapist with us, you work with assessing activity capacity, training and treatment, as well as prescribing assistive devices. You will have an independent and varied job while collaborating closely with your team and other professions within the care sector.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

• A licensed occupational therapist who is positive and solution-focused, with a strong desire to help others.
• A team player who also takes responsibility for your own work and development.
• Comfortable with documentation and has good computer skills.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• In possession of a Category B driver's license (manual transmission).

About Us

Within the Care Administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or need home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting measures and support to people who care for and support a relative. Our goal is that those who need care and assistance in their daily lives should be able to live an independent life as far as possible.

The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for interventions within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The interventions are performed by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care personnel in other operational areas based on profession.
