Kunskapsskolan in Sweden, which also includes Kunskapsgymnasiet, started its first schools in 2000 and today has 29 elementary schools and six upper secondary schools with 1,350 employees and 14,400 students. Kunskapsskolan is owned by its founder, Peje Emilsson, and his family.

Kunskapsskolan Enskede is an elementary school for grades 6–9 and currently has approximately 530 students. The school started in 2001 and is located near Sockenplan subway station and bus stop, with connections from e.g., Gullmarsplan and Älvsjö station. At our school, we have a stable staff group and happy students who thrive and achieve high academic results.

Counselor at Kunskapsskolan Enskede

We are looking for a counselor who has a strong commitment and who always works actively to ensure that all students succeed and feel well. You need to be flexible, have a good ability to collaborate, and have a genuine interest in the student. You will work closely with students and tailor your approach to the individual, while also looking at the bigger picture from both a group and organizational perspective.

As a counselor at Kunskapsskolan, you will primarily work with preventive student health care in close collaboration with the rest of the student health team and the school's teachers, as well as with the students and their guardians. You are never alone with challenges and issues. There is great openness among employees, and we share a common responsibility for our students. In addition to preventive student health care, you as a counselor will also help and support students with various everyday problems that may arise.

Qualifications
A degree in Social Work (Socionom) or equivalent education.

Desirable Qualifications
To succeed in the role of counselor, you need to build trust with the students, which requires you to be a stable and secure person. You also need to be communicative and have a good ability to conduct structured and motivating conversations with students. We would like you to have a few years of experience working as a school counselor.

Employment Terms
The position is a permanent full-time position (100%).
