Ragn-Sells is one of Sweden's leading companies within recycling and the environment, and they are now looking for a new backoffice team member for their team in Malmö.

In this role, you will handle administrative matters resulting from a system change within the organization. This involves updating customer data, entering documents, registering contact details, and ensuring that the correct information is uploaded and linked to customers, contracts, and policies. Later in the assignment, you will also support the customer service team with administrative tasks.

The position means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work as a consultant for Ragn-Sells. The assignment is fixed-term with immediate start for six months, with a possibility of extension. The workplace is located at Ragn-Sells office in Östra Hamnen, Malmö, where you will work during office hours 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience working with administration, backoffice, or similar roles. It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar industry before.
• Good IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office. Experience with other systems is an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as very good written English skills.
