Primary School Teacher (Grades 1-3) at Edsskolan in Östhammar

Every day, approximately 1,800 people commute to the workplace of Östhammar Municipality to deliver welfare and development so that our local community can continue to be safe and attractive. We do this together, with commitment, responsibility, and openness. We are proud of that.

Edsskolan is a primary school (Grades F-3) with approximately 200 students and is located in central Östhammar. We are now looking for two primary school teachers for Grades 1-3 for parental leave replacements.

Work Environment and Development

Responsibilities

Your duties, in addition to teaching, include among other things:

• Plan and develop operations together with colleagues
• Work to challenge and support every student
• Be a mentor for a class

Qualifications

You who apply must be a certified teacher with eligibility for Grades 1-3, or have a pedagogical background and a strong interest in teaching. You must also have good IT skills. Previous experience with Unikum and Teams is an advantage.

We also expect you to be outgoing and social in professional contexts.

Employment Terms

• Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer.
• Working hours: Daytime.
