We collaborate with a well-functioning school development unit. We are now looking for a preschool teacher for one of our two departments for a temporary position. OBS! The employment is conditional and will be appointed subject to the current incumbent being admitted to education.

About Ekeby Preschool

At Ekeby Preschool in Alunda, you will have the opportunity to be part of an operation where safety and accessibility are central. We have close collaboration with special educators and speech therapists, and the principal is present in the daily work as active support for the operation.

Job Responsibilities

When you work as a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for teaching as well as planning, reflection, evaluation, and documentation of the pedagogical operation together with the rest of the work team. You put the child at the center and contribute ideas that can develop our preschool. Our goal is that all our children get good conditions to meet future challenges and opportunities.

Ekeby Preschool is a small preschool with two departments and is located next to Ekeby Village School in Ekeby By. We have close collaboration within the preschool and take joint responsibility for the children's development and learning. We have the forest directly adjacent to our yard, which offers nature experiences and gives the children a desire for play and learning. Our pedagogical operation is fun, safe, and educational.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed or newly graduated preschool teacher and who feel a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and us colleagues. Experience in similar work is meritorious, as well as if you have experience working with the "Före Bornholmsmodellen" method. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who want to contribute to a work climate where care, development, and learning form a whole. Together with engaged colleagues, you drive development towards the preschool's set goals. We appreciate abilities such as good cooperation, curiosity, and the willingness to contribute to good relationships.

Our preschool is open between 06:00–17:15 (if necessary until 18:00), and you need to be able to work during all our opening hours according to the schedule. You also need to have access to a car to be able to get to the preschool.
