The Cytostatics Unit in Kristianstad is a specialized operation within pharmaceutical compounding where we manufacture cytostatics for the hospital's patients. The work is carried out in close collaboration with healthcare and places high demands on precision, quality, and patient safety.

Here, you will meet an experienced and competent team of five employees. The operation is characterized by structure, high responsibility, and a shared focus on delivering the right medication at the right time.

The unit's opening hours are 07:00–16:30.

As Team Leader, you play a key role in leading and developing the daily operations of the Cytostatics Unit. You are responsible for ensuring that the operation functions efficiently, safely, and with high quality – every day.

You are an present leader who works close to production and has a clear operational anchoring in the daily work. At the same time, you lead and develop the team and the operation forward.

You report to the Operations Manager and are part of a management group together with five other team leaders.

• Plan, lead, and schedule daily operations
• Ensure delivery of the right medication at the right time with high quality
• Work operationally in production as a manufacturing pharmacist
• Ensure a good work environment and a well-functioning team
• Maintain contact with the hospital's wards and ensure good collaboration
• Contribute to the development of working methods, quality, and efficiency
• Lead a team consisting of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Be part of a management group and contribute to the whole of the operation

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or dispensing chemist with extempore authorization and at least three years of relevant work experience.

To succeed in the role, you need to be:

• Structured and meticulous with a focus on results
• Confident in your professional role and decision-making
• Considerate and responsive in your leadership
• Accustomed to working in an environment where quality and patient safety are crucial
• Comfortable switching between operational work and leadership

Previous leadership experience is meritorious.
