The Position

Within IFO, we have had low staff turnover for a long time. Now that two of our case workers are changing roles within IFO, we need to complement our fantastic social services team.

Job Responsibilities

You are responsible for all contacts with the hospital, which means you have a flexible and exciting daily routine. This requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks and strong planning skills. As we are a small municipality, you will also handle certain casework independently. You will have extensive contact with various parts of the elderly care services in the municipality, do significant planning with the hospital, and maintain close contact with our short-term care unit. Documentation is a major part of your daily work, and experience in this area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Social worker degree or education considered equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Employment Type

Permanent position.
