The company is part of a Scandinavian group with over 2,600 employees. In Sweden, there are twelve laundries, from Boden to Malmö. With over 70 years of experience, Textilia works every day to deliver clean and reliable textiles to healthcare, industry, hotels, and restaurants.

Right now, we are looking for a maintenance technician for Textilia Stockholm because the operations are growing and place high demands on stable production and technical development. You will become an important part of the work to ensure that production functions efficiently and sustainably. You are part of the local management team and report to the site manager.

As a maintenance technician, you will among other things:

• Work with planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance according to the maintenance system MaintMaster.
• Troubleshoot within mechanics and electricity, as well as work with process steam and boiler plants.
• Inspect machines to detect defects in time and contribute to improvements in production.

You are responsible for ensuring that production has high availability and that the technology works as it should. You work actively to reduce emergency stops through preventive work and improvement initiatives. Together with the team, you contribute to keeping production disruptions at a low level and developing working methods and processes over time.

Desired profile:

• Education in electricity or automation.
• Several years of experience in maintenance work in production or similar operations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who:

Is stress-resistant and flexible; as the work can involve high tempo and multiple parallel tasks.

Is technically curious and solution-oriented; as you are expected to troubleshoot, develop, and improve technical processes.

Is responsible and proactive; as you have an important role in ensuring the operation and development of production.

Is cooperative; as you work closely with both the maintenance team and production staff.

Advantageous if you:

• Have experience from the food industry or other manufacturing operations.

Start: By agreement.

Working hours: 7 - 16, but some evening work occurs.

Location: The laundry in Eriksberg, Botkyrka.

Employment type: Permanent full-time position.
