Job Responsibilities
As a business-oriented HR consultant, you have an important and varied role where you support our managers and operations. You have a consultative and coaching role, supporting, challenging, and inspiring the managers in the business. Together, we work to create the conditions to carry out the administration's assignments as efficiently and successfully as possible. As an HR consultant, you identify needs and take initiative for change and development work that contributes to the administration's overall goals. Together with your colleagues, you drive and develop HR work forward and share knowledge.
You will among other things:
- provide qualified support to managers in matters concerning labor law, rehabilitation, and working environment
- drive and support HR processes in a legally secure and structured manner
- contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and guidelines within the HR area
- work with preventive measures for a sustainable working environment and good relationships at the workplace
- conduct training and information initiatives for managers and employees
- collaborate with union partners and other internal and external actors

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a university degree with a focus on HR/PA or other higher education that the employer considers equivalent. You have a few years of experience in a broad HR role and are accustomed to acting as qualified management support and handling issues within the entire HR area. You have extensive experience in interpreting and applying collective agreements as well as conducting negotiations with union partners. It is an advantage if you also have:
- experience working operationally with payroll processes
- experience working operationally with transition processes
- experience working in a broad HR role within a politically governed organization
- good knowledge of the employer's responsibility in rehabilitation processes
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
Your previous experience enables you to work independently in your role as an HR consultant, where you drive and handle tasks in a structured manner with good prioritization skills. Working in a team gives you energy, and you naturally contribute to learning and development.

About the Workplace
The Preschool Administration's HR department consists of 30 employees who offer qualified HR support to the administration's managers. We have close collaboration with the managers with the goal of being strengthening, proactive, and providing business-oriented support.
The HR department consists of a unit for business-oriented HR support, which includes generalists, recruiters, and assignments focused on the working environment. Within the department, there is also a newly established competence supply unit that works with the administration's long-term competence supply issues.
The Preschool Administration is one of Malmö's largest administrations. We have approximately 4,500 employees and meet approximately 15,500 children and their guardians every day at one of our 190 preschools.
