We are now looking for two dedicated HSL (Home-based Specialized Nursing Care) assistant nurses for HSL 3 within the Health, Care, and Elderly Care department for an exciting project. The project will run for one year and will be evaluated thereafter.

The positions are permanent employment within the Care and Elderly Care department, with placement within the HSL unit HSL 3 during the project period. If the project ends or the operations change, the employment will continue within another operation in the department.

As an assistant nurse in HSL 3, you will work based on needs within our seven care and elderly care residences:

• Trevnaden
• Jylland
• Sjöstaden
• Soltofta
• Husiegård
• Blombuketten
• Apelrosen

With us, you will have a varied and developmental job where you work closely with nurses and other colleagues to create a safe and high-quality care for our patients.

Working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, including public holidays that fall on weekdays. No weekend work.

The weekly working time is 38.25 hours.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant nurse within HSL 3, you work with extended delegated health and medical care measures and assist nurses in their daily work.

In this role, you work closely with patients and contribute to creating security, participation, and good quality of life. You perform medical interventions on delegation, work with person-centered care, and handle administrative tasks based on the operation's needs.

The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with nurses, colleagues, and other professions around the patient.

The position is part of a pilot project where you get the opportunity to contribute to the development of future working methods within the operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained assistant nurse with proof of protected professional title, or alternatively have a certificate of permanent employment as an assistant nurse before July 1, 2023
• Have several years of experience as an assistant nurse, preferably within municipal home care
• Are confident with delegations from nurses
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good digital skills and can document in digital systems
• Have a good attitude and can work both independently and in a team
• Have a B driving license
• Can cycle

It is meritorious if you have:

• Completed the advanced assistant nurse course (7.5 credits)
• Specialist training in emergency care
• Previous experience working in regional or municipal health care
• Experience with the systems LifeCare, Procapita, and MCSS
• Experience with similar job responsibilities
