The Health and Medical Care Department is responsible for home care and rehabilitation services. These services are provided by registered nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate tasks to care staff in other operational areas based on their professional roles.

Do you want a meaningful and varied job where you can use your full competence while contributing to safe and professional care? We are now looking for a Registered Area Manager Nurse for Nybo in Bjärnum!

You will become an important part of the teams that lead and develop health and medical care services in close collaboration with nursing staff, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists – always with a person-centered approach. Here you will work with both somatic care and dementia care. You plan, perform, and develop nursing care based on the individual's needs and goals. Together with colleagues, you are responsible for the quality of care and contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our residents.

The work also includes working with quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert.

Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You have a calm and structured work approach, and you see solutions where others see obstacles.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills (documentation is done in Procapita/Lifecare)
  • Category B driver's license (travel within the municipality may occur)

  • Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week). Two red days per year are distributed fairly based on previously worked weekends.
