At Skulltorp, we have scheduled joint planning for the leisure center every week, as well as scheduled development work for the leisure center together with our team pilot.

You will work together with other leisure center teachers and primary school teachers. You, together with the work team, organize the learning process from planning and implementation to systematic follow-up. It is important that you believe in collegial learning and a working method where experiences are shared and daily events are reflected upon together, all with an open attitude towards what others think and feel.

You will work broadly and with a holistic view, from preschool class to grade 5, and you need to be interested in and able to seize all opportunities of working in a multicultural area. Working hours vary and sometimes involve opening or closing the leisure center. Independent work is also part of the role.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a leisure center teacher. If you also have art as a subject, it is an advantage. The same applies if you have experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in outdoor pedagogy (e.g., as a well-being leader), and knowledge of students within the NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) spectrum.

We are looking for you who are a secure person who contributes to a positive work climate and finds it easy to collaborate with both students and guardians as well as colleagues. You are goal- and result-oriented with a connection to the pedagogical work. You have a sense for structuring and adapting the work to best benefit the students' development, and you see changes as an opportunity in everyday life. You need to be comfortable taking responsibility for the operations, both from your own role and together with colleagues. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
