In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for leading, planning, and steering project management assignments within given frameworks for time, budget, quality, and scope. You work closely with project management and several technical disciplines in complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will among other things:

• Lead and coordinate one or more project management groups in parallel
• Establish and follow up on project management and delivery plans
• Lead project management in early stages including system documentation
• Be responsible for reviews and review meetings
• Follow up on status, risks, technical issues, and deviations
• Coordinate project management with contractors during production
• Drive risk analyses and technical workshops
• Ensure that technical solutions are feasible and economically reasonable
• Contribute to efficient coordination between different technical areas

The assignment is carried out in a complex infrastructure facility with high demands on coordination, safety, and progress.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have:

• At least 9 years of documented work experience from a leading role in project management within large civil engineering, public transport, or infrastructure projects where the referenced projects had a total budget of at least 300 MSEK per project
• At least 5 years of documented experience in following up and reviewing project management documentation from various technical disciplines
• Documented work experience in a leading role from the design of system documentation in civil engineering projects with a total budget of at least 300 MSEK
• At least 5 years of documented work experience in work within or delivered to a public client
• A Master of Science degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or similar, or alternatively another engineering degree of at least 3 years
• Approved and valid training in BAS-P (Work Environment Coordinator)

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have:

• At least 15 years of documented work experience from a leading role in project management within large civil engineering, public transport, or infrastructure projects where the referenced projects had a total budget of at least 300 MSEK per project
• At least 3 years of documented work experience in leading the design work in the production phase with ongoing collaboration and coordination with the contractor organization and active support to the construction production
• At least 3 years of documented work experience in leading and coordinating several different project management organizations in one and the same project
• Documented work experience in project management in tunnel environments
• Documented work experience in rail environments with ongoing rail traffic
