Make a difference. Every day.

Join us in developing the neurology ward of the future!

Do you want to work in an organization where collaboration, learning, and patient focus are as important as medical competence? Do you want to be part of building, influencing, and developing, rather than just executing? Then this might be the right place for you!

An exciting development is underway at Hässleholm Hospital. As part of an ongoing reorganization, the neurology inpatient care is now being established as a separate ward. This presents a unique opportunity to jointly create structures, working methods, and routines that ensure high quality, a good working environment, and the best possible care for our patients.

Here, you become part of an organization where we believe in the strength of the team, where different professions contribute their expertise, learn from each other, and take shared responsibility for the whole.

Our ward focuses on the examination, treatment, and follow-up of patients with diseases and injuries of the brain and nervous system, such as stroke, epilepsy, and tumor diseases. Patients often have complex needs, which places high demands on collaboration, structure, and professionalism.

We work closely with the medicine department, the emergency department, rehabilitation medicine, and outpatient care to create safe care transitions and a cohesive care chain. The neurology mission is clear, and the work is characterized by engagement, respect, and shared learning in an interdisciplinary team.
