One of our members in Tidaholm has increased assistance needs during the night, and we are now looking for a personal assistant for him. He is a young man who lives in a house with his family. He has a strong interest in cars, and since he has his own car, a driver's license is an advantage. There are pets in the home, so the applicant must not be allergic to animals. The duties include assisting with care, transfers, and other forms of physical support.

The ideal candidate should be good at reading and understanding other people, be self-assured, and have a good sense of humor. The greatest emphasis is placed on personal qualities and the ability to interact well with both the user and colleagues.

The position is for a fixed term as long as the assignment lasts, with a work time of approximately 75%. The working hours are scheduled for awake nights on weekdays, and every other weekend. Some day shifts may occur. The work time percentage can be adjusted to some extent as we are keen to find the right person for the right place.
