NU-sjukvården, part of the Region Västra Götaland, is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals, with operations at NÄL (Norra Älvsborg County Hospital) in Trollhättan and Uddevalla Hospital. About the Department

The HR organization consists of an HR Director and over 25 employees with broad HR expertise. Here, strategists, specialists, HR partners, and controllers work close to the operations on issues spanning the entire HR spectrum. Together, we offer a development-oriented work environment with great variation, many contact points, and good opportunities for collegial learning.

About the Position

As an HR Partner, you have a central and active role close to the core operations. You are part of the operational leadership teams and participate in collaboration forums, where you contribute a professional HR perspective to both strategic and operational matters.

With a consultative approach, you support managers in their daily HR work. You work broadly across the entire HR field and are responsible for driving, developing, implementing, and following up on HR initiatives based on operational needs.

In this role, you act as a key advisor and coach to managers, contributing to sustainable solutions in a complex organization. You work independently with significant personal responsibility and adapt your support to different situations and challenges. Part of the role also involves planning and facilitating meetings and processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in HR/personnel. It is meritorious if you have a few years of experience in qualified HR work. You have a consultative approach and broad competence that makes you confident in your role.
