We at Bonzi are looking for a new colleague who wants to work as a personal assistant on a part-time basis (approx. 50%) for our female client in Norrtälje.

We are also looking for you who want to work part-time approx. 50%, and you who want to work as a substitute when regular assistants are absent.

Note: The client is only seeking female assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores.
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.
• Practical support in the home and in everyday activities.

The positions involve varying working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 08:30 - 17:00
• 11:00 - 20:10
• 20:00 - 08:40 (Awake night)
• Dual staffing occurs between 11:00 - 20:10

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s who lives with her family and dog in Norrtälje.

You are an empathetic, attentive, and social person with a warm approach. At the same time, you are reliable, responsible, and have an easy time building good relationships. You enjoy following routines and instructions, but are also proactive and attentive to what needs to be done in everyday life.

For the client, it is important that you are a calm, secure, and stable person who can contribute to a harmonious and positive environment. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and the chemistry between you and the client will be decisive in the recruitment process.

Previous experience as a personal assistant is meritorious, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a big heart, and a desire to make a difference in another person's life.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services.
• Driver's license and access to a personal car.

Requirements:

• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals (dog lives in the home).
• Non-smoker.
• Driver's license.

Scope: 1 part-time position approx. 50% plus 2 substitutes as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID, submit a Swedish Personal Identity Certificate (Personbevis), and provide any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the Personal Identity Certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present a certificate of no criminal record (Utdrag ur belastningsregistret). It is important to order the certificates in good time, as the Police's processing time may vary. Due to a legislative change effective March 1, 2026, the background check is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register.
