Your Role

You have overall responsibility for ensuring the project is executed with the right quality, within budget, and in a cost-effective manner. You are an active part of the design process together with the design manager and maintain ongoing contact with the client through bi-weekly construction meetings and regular financial meetings. You compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and economy, ensuring that the client's representative always has a clear picture of the project's status.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for quality, budget, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and the project organization
• Actively participate in the design process together with the design manager
• Conduct bi-weekly construction meetings as well as financial meetings with the client
• Compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and economy

Who We Are Looking For

You have previously delivered large projects and know what is required to maintain budget, time, and quality in a complex residential project. You are accustomed to client dialogue, are clear in your leadership, and thrive with having the ultimate responsibility.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in construction technology, construction production, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role in construction projects
• Experience with at least two residential projects valued at a minimum of 250 MSEK
• Experience leading complex project organizations and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases
• Experience negotiating with clients and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of contract law as well as economy, budgeting, and cost estimation
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• BAS-U certification
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
