Krica Treatment and Education is now looking for a therapist for Kricagården.

Krica targets young people and young adults with mental health issues such as relationship difficulties, depression, self-destructive behavior, and aggression problems. The goal is for the young people to develop a sense of security in themselves and find their way to a meaningful and satisfying life.

At Kricagården, you will work with young people aged 14–20. The target group consists of young people with mental health issues and psychosocial problems. The facility has permits for 12 young people.

What does the job entail?

The role primarily involves being a secure, relationship-building, and stable therapist for our young people.

We work in teams and are jointly responsible for the unit's development, both in terms of results and working environment. As a regular therapist, you will provide structured milieu therapy and be responsible for the treatment planning, evaluation, and follow-up of individual young people. You will also work with families and their networks. You will serve as the contact person for enrolled young people. The treatment is planned individually in the implementation plan according to BBIC standards. We follow up on, evaluate, and plan the treatment in close collaboration with the young person and the commissioning authority. You must be able to deliver treatment-related administrative tasks with quality and service orientation. You will join a dynamic workplace where you are an integral part of the young people's daily lives. Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements governing our operations are essential, meaning you must be able to interpret and apply these in daily work with the young people.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have at least 2–4 years of work experience working with young people with mental health issues, for example within residential care (HVB), psychiatry, schools, or addiction care. You have education as a treatment assistant, treatment pedagogue, social worker, or equivalent higher education. You are interested in and have the knowledge and ability to work milieu therapeutically with young people, which requires strong commitment, good organizational skills, patience, and flexibility. You are a good role model and respect the individual. You understand the importance of maintaining your professional persona and carefully separating your private life from your work with young people. You have the ability to handle stressful situations, set boundaries, and be consistent. You are perceptive, collaborative, and have good communication skills in both speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Collective agreements apply. An extract from the police register (criminal record) will be obtained prior to employment. The operation is HBTQI-certified as well as quality-certified according to ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001.
