Treatment Pedagogue

We are looking for you who have a good understanding of emotional vulnerability and experience working with young people in difficult life situations.

You are a secure and engaged person who is accustomed to meeting young people who live with strong emotions, recurring crises, and challenges in their daily lives. You have the ability to stay present, create stability, and build relationships even when it is demanding.

Here, you work in a therapeutic environment where the focus is on creating safety, structure, and prerequisites for long-term change. Support is provided close to the young person, often in a one-to-one context, and in collaboration with colleagues in cross-professional teams.

We are looking for you who have:

• Education as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or another equivalent direction with a two-year post-secondary education.
• Advanced knowledge of self-destructive behaviors and long-term difficulties in relationships and emotion regulation.
• Good ability to handle intense emotional expressions and challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Worked at least one year in an HVB (Home for Care or Boarding) facility.
• Category B driver's license.

• Worked in HVB with another target group, even if you have worked in schools, psychiatry, LSS housing, or SiS (Swedish National Board of Institutional Care).

Working hours: Rolling schedule, 24-hour shifts/according to schedule

Start: Immediately or as agreed
