I am a 14-year-old boy with multiple functional variations living in Kinna, Marks Municipality. I am now looking for an engaged and reliable personal assistant with managerial responsibilities.

You who apply have a genuine interest in working with children and young people within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and want to help create a safe, developmental, and functional everyday life for me together with other assistants and my family.

About the position: In the role of personal assistant for me, you work closely in my daily life while also having managerial responsibility within the assistant team. You will become an important part of creating structure, good cooperation, and high quality in the daily work together with other managers and assistants.

Your duties may include supporting me with personal care and daily life, leading and coordinating the work in the assistant team, maintaining contact and collaborating with my family and other professionals. You will introduce and support new colleagues, as well as work with schedule planning and administration. You will also accompany me to activities and sometimes on trips.

Who I am looking for: I am looking for you who have experience in management and who have previously worked within LSS or personal assistance. As a person, you are calm, methodical, and attentive, with a warm and caring approach. You find it easy to collaborate and feel secure in leading others.

You are proactive, loyal, and solution-oriented, while also being structured and having a professional work approach. You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications: It is an extra positive if you have knowledge of picture support or alternative communication, experience in personnel management or leadership, and familiarity with the scheduling system Aiai. If you have education as a nursing assistant, childcare worker, or other pedagogical education, or a management education, I see this as a big plus.

Requirements

• Driver's license is desirable
• You must be non-smoking
• There is a cat in the home, so you cannot be allergic to cats
• You should be able to accompany me on trips occasionally during the year

The position is full-time, but part-time can be discussed. Start date is in July or August according to agreement. Salary is set individually, and you are offered a wellness allowance as well as mandatory internal training. A special fee is also paid for the managerial responsibility.
