We are now looking for experienced nursing assistants for a permanent part-time position at 75%. We offer training and several benefits.

• About Fridhemslund Fridhemslund is a residence with 80 apartments across four floors. 40 places are for somatic care and 40 places are for dementia care. The residence is located near nature and the sea. It is close to public transport.

• We use a basic schedule, which means you work days, evenings, and weekends with us.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that everyone working here is trained in dementia care and interaction through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add value to the lives of our residents.

• We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus play a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in eldercare. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
