We are now looking for a driven and engaged Education Manager for our vocational higher education programs. As an Education Manager at KUI, you will work with education within healthcare and elderly care within the framework of Vocational Higher Education.

About the position
Education Management: Planning, scheduling, student recruitment, following process descriptions and quality management systems, environmental scanning, industry contacts, management group work, and LIA (Work-based learning) acquisition.
Administrative tasks: Grade reporting, managing contact with authorities, and administration in our student platform.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who, together with the responsible teachers, can drive our education programs forward. You are knowledgeable within the industry, either through work experience, studies, or personal interest. You work independently and proactively in close collaboration with other employees.
- You have an upper secondary education.
- You have very good IT skills and learn new systems easily.
- You are an experienced school administrator.
- You are a skilled communicator, both orally and in writing.
- You are driven, responsible, self-starting, and flexible.
- You are outgoing, enjoy speaking in front of people, and creating new contacts.
- You have experience from vocational higher education.

Employment type
The position is a permanent employment with a mandatory 6-month probationary period. Travel is included in the position, approx. 3 times/month – overnight stays occur. The travel is linked to teaching taking place in other locations as well as meetings within the organization.
