About the role

At Perido, we are now looking for an HR Administrator for our client, an educational institution focused on engineering science, architecture, technology, and natural sciences. The operations are characterized by close collaboration with business and society, as well as a strong emphasis on innovation, research, and sustainable development. You will be based at the office in Gothenburg.

Your responsibilities

The role involves coordinating work related to HR administration at the department. The tasks are performed in dialogue with management, project managers, HR partners, colleagues, and the administrative manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle employment matters in Primula – new hires, extensions, terminations, assignment supplements, promotions, changes, and closures of employment for all categories
• Be the main PDB registrar – ensure staff/guests' CID and access
• Handle migration issues related to employment and guest researcher visits
• Prepare and handle keys, access cards, and information for staff and guests
• Register insurance for guests
• Diary contracts etc. in Public 360
• Administer researcher housing in collaboration with ISMO
• Participate in pre- and onboarding of new employees
• Support employees and guests with employment and HR administrative questions
• Inform operational support of changes in staff numbers
• Develop the HR administrative area together with the other four HR administrators with support from an HR partner for the department

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Ability to structure your work independently

Meritorious:

• Experience working with HR issues in an academic environment
• Had at least one assignment within HR administration of a non-strategic nature in the last 12 months for 6 months or more
• Relevant education in HR administration (Not focused on becoming an HR manager and strategist in the HR field)
• You are knowledgeable in basic labor law

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-01-31, with vacation from 2026-07-10 for 4 weeks. Start no later than 2026-06-22.
