Do you want a varied and central role with great responsibility and many contact points? Then this might be the job for you! We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator for our operations in Skaraborg.
About Us
Youth clinics are for all young people from 13 years up to and including 24 years. All our clinics are HBTQ-certified, and the youth clinics in Regionhälsan are located throughout Västra Götaland today.
Midwives, counselors, doctors, and nurse assistants work at our clinics. The clinics are divided into main, base, and local clinics.
In the role of administrator, you are primarily a support to the unit managers in Skaraborg. The operations cover 16 clinics led by two unit managers. Skaraborg is divided into an eastern and a western part. The western part is led by one unit manager and consists of nine clinics with a total of 17 employees. The eastern part is led by one unit manager and covers six clinics plus the Young Men's Clinic, with a total of 15 employees.

About the Job
The position covers several areas of responsibility where you will have a central role in the administrative work of the operations. Among other things, you will plan, invite to, and administer meetings, APT (Annual Performance and Development Reviews), and planning days, as well as produce presentation materials, statistics, and various types of decision support documents. Your tasks also include handling invoices and related administration, ordering goods, services, and travel, as well as coordinating purchases for meetings and activities.
You will also have the role of LITA (Local IT Responsible). In this assignment, you are responsible, among other things, for managing permissions in various systems, administering KIV, being the local service card administrator, ordering IT products, administering 1177 My Healthcare Contacts, and being responsible for the execution of PC replacements.
The position also includes the assignment as an archivist.
About You
We are looking for you who have previous experience as an administrator within healthcare. It is desirable that you have education as a nurse assistant, healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or other administrative education that the employer deems suitable. We also expect you to master Swedish in both speech and writing. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.
It is meritorious if you have experience working in SOFIA (SharePoint), AsynjaVisph, Marknadsplatsen, Proceedo, Raindance, MedRave, and Prisma. We would like you to have good knowledge of Office 365 and a genuine interest in IT issues.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an easy time prioritizing between different tasks. You are self-reliant, take initiative, and thrive in a supporting role. You are solution-oriented, have an easy time collaborating and communicating, and have the ability to adapt your approach to both colleagues and partners. You feel secure in a role where you contribute with support and structure and work analytically, methodically, and meticulously. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Conditions
The placement of the position is made according to agreement upon employment. Travel in the job occurs.
