I am a woman in my 50s living in Skarpnäck with my cats. As I use a wheelchair, I need support in my daily life with the help of personal assistants.

I speak fluently, so I can instruct my assistants on what help I need.

I am looking for someone who is responsible, caring, flexible, and wants to work as a personal assistant for me! The ideal candidate is a woman between the ages of 35–55.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement!

A big plus is if you share my interests in flea markets, cats, flowers, crafting, and baking. Experience is not a requirement but is a plus. The most important thing is that our personal chemistry works!

The tasks vary, but may include help with practical chores, personal hygiene (e.g., showering, stoma care, etc.), meals, medication management, and leisure activities.

If you are considered suitable, my supervisor or my Project Manager at SAAND Assistans will contact you. The interview will then take place at my home in Skarpnäck.

• Assist me with daily activities such as dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and help with meals
• Support with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and cooking
• Be responsible for staffing and scheduling (extra compensation applies)
• Keep notes on my health and well-being
• Support me in leisure activities and other social situations
• Help with medication management according to prescription

• I am looking for someone who wants to work on an as-needed basis and can start immediately
• Working hours are Mon-Sun, 08-15, 15-21, and 22–08 (on-call)
• Since I have double assistance, you will work together with a pleasant colleague.

The position is on an as-needed basis. Common working hours are between 8–15 or 15–21 with double staffing. There is also night on-call duty, so the applicant must also be able to work nights.

• Experience in healthcare or elderly care, or as a personal assistant, is a plus but not a requirement
