We are looking for a service-oriented receptionist at Lagaholmskliniken in Laholm!
Lagaholmskliniken is a private healthcare clinic located centrally at the square in Laholm. The premises are cozy and fresh. We have approximately 6,850 registered patients, 4 specialist doctors, 4 ST-doctors, and one AT-doctor. We also have district nurses, nurses, assistant nurses, diabetes nurses, child health services (BVC), medical secretaries, physiotherapists, counselors, psychologists, and an occupational therapist who also serves as a rehabilitation coordinator.
Job Responsibilities
Your main workplace will be our reception. Your duties will include welcoming visitors, handling cash transactions, answering calls from our customers, and managing the internal telephone system. Lagaholmskliniken is a medium-sized healthcare clinic where we often work across professional boundaries and support each other.
Qualifications
It is an advantage if you are trained as a medical secretary or are currently undergoing training, but this is not a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is of great importance.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You have a cheerful disposition, are self-assured, and are willing to take initiative when the situation demands it. As a person, you are service-oriented, have good communication skills, high flexibility, and excellent teamwork abilities.
