🔹 We are looking for: First Line Technician / IT Support OnSite
📍 Location: Örebro & Lund
🕘 Working hours: Daytime
👥 Number of positions: Multiple
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in IT support, user support, client management, and troubleshooting
- Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and handles stress well
- Enjoys customer contact and helping users in a professional and pedagogical manner
- Is eager to develop within IT and contribute to a strong support organization
- Understands the importance of collaboration, structure, and high service awareness
💡 The role involves a combination of:
- 1st Line Support
- Operations
- OnSite Support
- Administration

Experience from various types of companies and authorities is considered a significant plus.
