About the role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the face of the company and welcoming guests with world-class service
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Administrative tasks
  • Bookings and orders
  • Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees

This position offers the opportunity to work across all our areas, such as office reception, conference services, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in service roles
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • Technically proficient and IT mature
  • Experience working with the Office package, and experience with other systems is a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

About the employment

The position is a temporary assignment or part-time job for the entire summer, with the highest demand between weeks 28-32.

This is a part-time role, and there is flexibility to work based on your availability and the business's needs.

Working hours are standard office hours but adapted to the business's requirements.

About the recruitment process

We will receive vacation requests from permanent staff during the spring and will subsequently fill temporary positions on an ongoing basis throughout the spring.
