About the workplace

Home Care Area South 3 has its office located at Landskronavägen 23 in Helsingborg. Here you are part of a team but work primarily independently when visiting our clients residing in Mörarp, Påarp, Ättekulla, and Bårslöv. We work with a strong focus on development and quality, and here you will have several wonderful colleagues to help you achieve our common mission.

Job Responsibilities

Your workday always begins at the unit's local office. From there, you travel by car, either alone or together with colleagues, to the clients' homes, following a work card that describes the interventions to be performed. You cycle to clients living in the immediate vicinity.

With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the clients' homes. You work primarily independently and provide care in the form of personal nursing, support during meals, social interaction, and more. You also perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as exercise interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing changes.

In your work, you use various digital aids, and your work phone is used to view your work card, digital locks, and find necessary routines.

We work with continuous care contact, and documentation is included in the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

To proceed in the recruitment process, you must be a trained care assistant, have basic computer skills, and experience with documentation. The position requires that you can perform delegated tasks, are comfortable working with different digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you must have a B-class driver's license, be able to cycle, and be comfortable navigating by bicycle, even in busy environments.

Previous experience working in home care or familiarity with Phoniro, LifeCare, and Appva is considered an advantage.

Other Information

Working hours are scheduled during the day or evening. This position is for daytime hours between 06:45–15:15 and includes work every other weekend. The schedule may change based on operational needs.
