Personal Assistant Wanted - Fixed Shift 75 %

We are now strengthening our team and looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a client with extensive support needs who lives with their family in a town north of Piteå. The position is a fixed shift of approximately 75 %, with working hours scheduled for day, evening, and weekend according to the roster.

As a personal assistant, you provide support in the client's daily life, which includes help with meals, personal care, exercise, and various activities. The assistance is provided where the client is located, meaning work both inside and outside the home as well as in a school environment.

The client has an active interest in playful and stimulating activities, such as swimming, digital aids, and social interaction. The goal is to create a safe, fun, and developmental daily life based on the client's conditions and needs.

We are looking for someone who is secure, responsible, and responsive, with a playful approach. In this assistance role, it is important that you can take initiative and contribute to an active daily life - preferably with a pedagogical and creative mindset. In short, the mindset in this assistant role is that you act as a "preschool teacher". You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have good teamwork skills, and value good collegial cooperation.

Assistive devices are available, but the work may also involve physical tasks that require good physical fitness. Since some activities take place in a swimming pool environment, you must be able to swim and feel comfortable in that type of setting.

Previous experience in personal assistance, childcare, and/or epilepsy is meritorious but not a requirement. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Other: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness allowance of up to 4000 SEK/year.
