We are now looking for an engaged Deputy Store Manager at 80% for our store in Borlänge. This is a role for you who wants to combine sales with leadership and is driven by coaching, inspiring, and developing a team.

About the role

As Deputy Store Manager, you are the store manager's right hand and a key figure in daily operations. You are responsible not only for creating happy customers and contributing to the store's sales targets, but also for supporting and uplifting your colleagues so that you reach new levels together.

You are a natural leader who enjoys being on the floor – both in customer interactions and as a coach for your team. With energy, structure, and warmth, you help your colleagues develop in their roles and feel proud of their work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coach, support, and develop colleagues in their sales and customer service
• Active sales and advisory work in the store
• Contribute to a welcoming, inspiring, and well-organized store environment
• Handle cash register duties and payments
• Receive, unpack, assemble, and display products in a sales-driven manner
• Participate in inventory and ensure routines for stock and operations
• Step in as responsible person in the store manager's absence

Experience in sales and preferably leadership roles in retail is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is your drive and willingness to develop both yourself and others.
