We are looking for a hands-on generalist who wants to be a key player in a growing sales company. Not someone who sits still, but someone who moves, solves problems, and jumps in where needed.

Recruitment is the most important thing you do. The rest of the tasks are as important as they are varied.

What the role entails

Recruitment is the core. You keep the flow of new salespeople going at all times. We have high staff turnover, which is part of the industry, and your task is to always have the right people on their way in. You advertise, screen candidates, book interviews, and have a feel for who will actually work well in a high-tempo sales team.

Beyond that, you are the spider in the web at the office. This means planning and carrying out team activities, competitions, and breakfasts to keep the energy up. You learn our systems and processes and are a direct support for the management in everyday life. You handle opening and closing, ensure the office runs smoothly, and contribute to our social media when the opportunity arises.

And when it is fully busy on the floor and a salesperson needs to close a deal, you roll up your sleeves and help out. This requires that you understand what we sell and how we sell it.

What the role requires

We are a high-energy office with loud music, high ceilings, and a team that thrives on tempo. You do not need to have done everything before, but you need to thrive in the environment and have the desire to learn quickly. Self-directed, prestige-free, and used to taking responsibility without needing to be reminded.

If you have worked in sales before, you already understand the culture. If you have worked in recruitment, especially within telecom or sales, it is a strong merit. But the right person with the wrong CV beats the wrong person with the right CV every time.
