As a Candidate Manager at Effektiv, you will have a central role in our recruitment and staffing processes, focusing primarily on finding, attracting, and engaging the right candidates. You will work closely with a consultant manager in your daily tasks and actively contribute to building and maintaining our candidate network. At the same time, you will have significant responsibility for the administrative flow related to candidate management. Typical tasks include:

• Actively networking and attracting candidates to various assignments

• Writing and publishing job ads in relevant channels

• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews

• Conducting interviews and reference checks

• Proactively working to develop and strengthen Effektiv’s candidate network

You will also contribute new ideas and working methods to reach more candidates, as well as handle ongoing administration that supports the entire recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their post-secondary studies and wants to work part-time alongside their studies. We believe you are studying an HR-oriented program, such as human resources, psychology, behavioral science, or similar – and are curious to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated, and have a strong sense of structure and responsibility. You are engaged, curious, and communicate easily with different people. Furthermore, you are flexible, proactive, and enjoy working towards clear goals. We believe you have experience from a role with many contact surfaces – perhaps you have worked in service, customer service, or administration previously. Knowledge of recruitment, search, or digital networks is a plus. You are computer literate and like to stay updated on digital tools and trends. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.
