We are now looking for two female personal assistants for a cheerful and active woman living in Lomma. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life.

The woman enjoys being outdoors, participating in activities, and attending water aerobics. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy active work and are happy to join her in various daily activities and outings.

About the position

The work involves support with personal care and daily tasks at home. The client has 24/7 assistance, and the shifts consist mainly of evening and night shifts with active periods during the night.

You need to be confident in working with a patient lift and have experience in personal care and transfers.

Working hours and scope

• Employment percentage: 75–85 %
• Working hours: Mainly evening and night shifts
• Location: Lomma
• Start date: According to agreement

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in personal assistance or similar care work
• Have experience with patient lifts and transfers
• Are calm, responsible, and sensitive
• Enjoy activities and social work
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Speak and understand both Swedish and Albanian

Introduction

You will receive an introduction and support before working independently, so that you feel secure in the assignment and in the routines regarding the client.
