We are now looking for a sales-oriented receptionist for Nordic Wellness Åstorp. Are you a service-minded person with drive and engagement? Do you want to help create an inspiring training environment where our members feel welcome and motivated? Then this might be the job for you!

• Part-time at one of our facilities
• In a role where service, sales, and member contact are in focus
• With varying working hours, including evenings and weekends

As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member gets a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist members and guests
• Create a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility
• Handle the sale of memberships and products
• Contribute to a family-like and positive atmosphere
• Ensure order and tidiness in the reception and on the gym floor

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-initiating. No day is the same as the other, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

We are looking for you who:

• Are 18 years or older
• Enjoy meeting people and building good relationships
• Have a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Are flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends
• Are self-initiating, take initiative, and see what needs to be done
• Enjoy a fast pace and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and desire to develop!
