Vittra Schools is one of Sweden's leading independent school companies with 24 preschools and primary schools across the country. Do you want to help create a school where students develop through security, high expectations, and close relationships? At Vittra Röda Stan, we are now looking for an engaged and certified primary school teacher with qualifications in Art for grades 4–9. If you also have qualifications in another subject, we consider this a merit.

The position is 75–100% depending on the subject combination and the needs of the operations.

About the role

In the role of a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, as well as assessment and documentation. You primarily teach Art and contribute to creating a creative, inspiring, and secure learning environment where students can develop based on their prerequisites.

In addition to teaching, you work as a responsible pedagogue and, together with a colleague, serve as a mentor for a class. The assignment includes, among other things, holding development conferences and maintaining ongoing contact and collaboration with guardians regarding the students' development and well-being.

We are looking for you who are a confident and clear leader in the classroom and who are passionate about creating good relationships with students. You focus on student development and goal achievement and believe that every student succeeds best when teaching is based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and individual needs.

About us

Vittra Röda Stan is centrally located in Norrköping, near Folkparken, and has grown since its start in 2002 into a secure and appreciated school for students from preschool to grade 9. Today, we have approximately 580 children and students and around 70 engaged and well-educated educators.

Our school is characterized by diversity, strong community, and close pedagogical relationships. Many students choose to stay with us throughout their entire schooling, which creates continuity and security in the operations.
