About the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are opportunities to extend the assignment.
🚀 About the company
You will join an international SaaS company with B2B customers and partners across Europe. The organization operates through an established partner network, and this role is a key part of ensuring lead flow to the sales organization. You will become part of a Nordic/European partner team with a local presence in Gothenburg and close collaboration with colleagues in sales, product, and marketing.

💼 Responsibilities
As a Partner Associate, you will work operationally with both new and existing partners. The role involves ensuring that partner plans are executed, collaborations are followed up on, and partner managers receive the necessary support in their daily work. You are the hub of communication and ensure that activities, meetings, and follow-ups take place according to plan.
You will work closely with functions such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support, playing a vital role in creating structure, transparency, and momentum in partner management.
- Coordinate daily work with new and existing partners to ensure a positive partner experience.
- Maintain and update Partner Account Plans and related materials such as marketing and activity plans.
- Follow up on partner collaborations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting key metrics, progress, and risks.
- Plan and coordinate partner meetings, follow-ups, and event logistics.
- Support partner activities, including training, campaigns, and follow-ups.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
- 3+ years of experience in a coordinating or commercial role.
- Experience in B2B and relationship-based business work.
- Preference given to candidates with a background in SaaS, tech, or business systems.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.
