Arena Moliden includes a swimming hall, full-size sports halls, facilities for judo, table tennis, and a gym, as well as four football pitches. In recent years, the facility has been developed and expanded with new areas for sports, club life, and meeting places.

The swimming hall features a 25-meter pool with four lanes, a diving tower and springboard, as well as a teaching pool.

Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for two colleagues for positions with 50% employment. The positions are part of a work team where scheduling is based on cooperation, flexibility, and shared responsibility for the facility's opening hours and staffing.

The work involves common tasks in the bath and swimming hall, as well as at Arena Moliden. Duties include lifeguarding, swimming instruction for schools and swimming schools, and water aerobics. Cashier duties at the reception and kiosk, as well as cleaning and other service tasks, are also part of the daily work.

The work is varied and relies on the operation functioning as a whole, where employees together are responsible for operations, service, safety, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a qualified swimming teacher or have equivalent education and experience as assessed by the employer.

We would appreciate if you have experience with:

• swimming instruction
• work in a swimming hall
• pedagogical work with children and young people
• service and customer interaction

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have good teamwork skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and understands the importance of contributing to the entire operation, even outside of your main tasks.

Cultural and leisure activities are mainly carried out when people are free from work and school. Therefore, evening and weekend work is a natural and important part of the assignment. We are looking for someone who sees the value in creating a safe, welcoming, and functional operation during people's leisure time.

Other Information

The work involves shift work as well as evening and weekend duties. The positions are each 50% employment.
