At Vindex, we are looking for a skilled Payroll Consultant for an exciting position at a friendly and family-oriented agency. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-sufficient, and quality-conscious, with good knowledge of Flex HRM and experience in outsourcing.

In this role, you will work independently with the entire payroll process and ensure efficient and structured workflows. This role suits you if you are system-interested and thrive in a varied environment with many contact points.

About the Role

In this role, you will have clear ownership of the payroll system and work independently with several parallel assignments and a varied client portfolio. The work involves moving between different operations, payroll setups, and system environments, where the pace is fast and the variation is high. You are responsible for the entire payroll process – from start to finish – and ensure that everything from documentation to payment is handled correctly, structured, and with high quality.

You act as a qualified support in payroll-related questions and actively contribute your expertise in dialogue with both clients and internal colleagues. In daily work, you switch between different payroll setups, agreements, and system issues with varying complexity, which requires a consultative approach, good problem-solving skills, and confidence in quickly getting up to speed with new systems, routines, and collective agreements.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently handle the entire payroll process
• Ensure quality, structure, and efficient payroll flows
• Handle complex payroll issues, agreements, and regulations
• Be the contact person for payroll-related questions
• Work on improvements and development of routines and processes
• Lay the foundation for eventually building up and developing the payroll function

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a payroll consultant from outsourcing operations
• Very good knowledge of Flex HRM
• Good knowledge of Swedish payroll processes, regulations, and collective agreements
• Accustomed to working independently and taking overall responsibility
