Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home help services, disability services, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care.

We are looking for two Specialist Nurses to Löderupsgården!

Löderupsgården provides both specialized housing and short-term housing. We are now looking for two specialist nurses: one position focused on dementia care and one for palliative care.

Job Responsibilities

The role of a specialist nurse is to meet the individual's basic and specific care and nursing needs, both socially and culturally, as well as physically and psychologically.

As a specialist nurse, you must safeguard and respect everyone's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation, and individual adaptation so that the individual can live a dignified life and feel well-being. You drive quality and development work, mentor assistant nurses, and train other healthcare personnel within your area of specialization. Your work includes documentation, drafting, and follow-up of implementation plans.

At Löderupsgården, we are in a phase of development where this specialist competence is not yet fully established in the operations. Therefore, we are looking for you who enjoy developing, evaluating, and shaping working methods and operations together with colleagues and management. You need to thrive in a role where development, improvement work, and innovative thinking are a natural part of everyday life.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Educated as a specialist nurse with a focus on Palliative Care or Cognitive Illness. You must be able to show approved grades/diplomas.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
