Job Information

Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Coordinator/Project Support role for a business in the midst of a major digital transformation journey. The organization is working on several extensive projects in parallel and is facing the implementation of new systems, tools, and ways of working.

In this role, you will become a key support function for project managers and the business, helping to create structure, coordinate activities, and ensure that the change process works effectively in practice. You will work broadly with administration, communication, and coordination in an environment where much is happening simultaneously.

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Provide operational support to project managers and other key personnel in the business
• Compile materials, documentation, and presentations related to projects and change work
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on activities related to system testing and implementations
• Ensure that the right people and resources are involved in different project phases
• Contribute to the implementation and embedding of new ways of working in the organization
• Work with administration, structure, and quality assurance in ongoing projects

The role involves many contact points and suits you if you thrive with a central and coordinating function in the business.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working in a project format, for example within project administration, coordination, or project management
• Has an understanding of change management and experience working in organizations where processes and ways of working are developed
• Has post-secondary education in areas such as technology, economics, systems science, or similar, or equivalent experience
• Is proficient in administrative work and document management
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in industry, infrastructure, or larger technical project environments.
