About the role

This is a 75 % consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Städgo.

About the company

Städgo is an established service company within facility cleaning with long-term customer relationships and a clear focus on delivery quality. The business is built on fixed customers, where collaborations often span several years. A large part of the assignments are within the fitness and health industry, but also in industrial and office sectors.

You will join a small team with close collaboration between operations, administration, and quality assurance. Here, work is practical, solution-oriented, and features short decision-making paths. The role is based at the office and combined with on-site work at customer locations.

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily operations related to your customers. The focus is on ensuring that deliveries function as intended – in terms of staffing, quality, and customer dialogue. The role is more about account management than sales, focusing on nurturing existing customer relationships.

You maintain ongoing contact with customers, follow up on feedback, and handle complaints. When necessary, you visit customers on-site to check in. You work closely with administrators, team leaders, and operations managers to resolve staffing issues, prioritize correctly, and stay ahead in daily operations. The role does not involve personnel management responsibility in a managerial sense, but rather an operational responsibility to ensure the right people are in the right places.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for daily operations at assigned customers
• Handle customer dialogue, follow-ups, and complaints
• Ensure correct staffing together with administrators and the team
• Monitor delivery quality and take action when needed
• Plan and prioritize work based on business needs

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in service work with customer contact
• Experience in an operational role with multiple contact points is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
