Do you want to create memorable experiences in one of Kiruna's most unique environments? We are now looking for a full-time Spa Hostess to join our team at Vana Spa Kiruna. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and humble, and who enjoys working in a flat hierarchy together with others. At Elite Hotel Frost, we work as a team, regardless of department, where we help each other and support one another to create the best possible experience for our guests.

In this role, you will work operationally in the daily operations of the spa department. Your tasks include staffing the spa reception, handling check-in and check-out, selling food, beverages, and products, staffing the spa bar, and serving. The role also involves handling laundry, restocking, and cleaning in the spa area to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. You will also help ensure that operations run smoothly and that our guests receive a relaxing and memorable experience.

• Have a warm and professional attitude towards both guests and colleagues
• Enjoy working operationally and in a flat hierarchy together with the team
• Are flexible and adapt easily to different situations
• Enjoy active work where you walk and stand for large parts of the day
• Speak fluent Swedish and English

Previous experience from hotels, spas, or service is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personality and the right attitude.

Working hours primarily include evenings and weekends.
