WHO ARE YOU?

• You are a student pursuing a post-secondary education, preferably in HR, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• You have a strong interest and aptitude for business. You are driven by creating business value together with us at Friday.
• You likely have a background in service where you are accustomed to meeting people and thrive in a role where your performance is recognized.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and are comfortable using English in both speech and writing, as this is used daily when contacting candidates and clients.

Previous experience from the recruitment industry and/or technical work is a merit. You should be curious about IT and technology, but most importantly, you must be passionate about working with people! A large part of the assessment will also be based on your personal qualities, as the work is something you will learn on the job. To thrive in this role, we see you as a humble and flexible person, as tasks will vary. The most important thing is that you, like us, are unafraid to try new paths with the strive to be the best at what we do, and that you thrive in an environment where you are challenged and learn.
