Sebratec AB continues to grow, and we are now strengthening our team within recruitment and talent acquisition. We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate who wants to help build how we attract, evaluate, and match technical consultants to our assignments.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a central role in our growth journey. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams and be responsible for finding and engaging the right consultants for the right assignments.

The role is operational yet developmental – you will gain early responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we build our processes and candidate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Active search and headhunting of technical consultants and specialists
• Candidate contact via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Screening and initial interviews
• Drive recruitment processes from requirement to matching
• Coordinate dialogue between candidates and clients
• Build and develop candidate pipelines in CRM/ATS
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate inflow
• Develop working methods and processes within talent acquisition

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, search, staffing, or a similar role
• Has experience in candidate contact, sales, or consultancy work
• Is confident in independently initiating and driving dialogues
• Has good communication skills and thrives in social settings
• Is structured, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Has an interest in technology and the consulting industry
• Advantageous: experience in IT/tech recruitment
